Primary Care Networks Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are groups of family physicians who work with other health care professionals like dieticians, social workers, nurses, pharmacists, and mental health workers to get their patients the best care possible. PCN Website PCN For Patients A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a collaborative effort between family physicians, nurse practitioners, clinicians, and allied healthcare providers dedicated to improving patient health care experiences. Created by the BC Ministry of Health, our PCN is a partnership between the Central Okanagan Division of Family Practice, Interior Health, and Indigenous partner organizations.
