What Resources Do You Need?

We can help you find resources and get connected, even for services we don't directly provide. This includes:

  • Operational resources – clinical equipment, virtual care, emergency preparedness, clinic posters

  • Business resources – billing support, workflow optimization, economic supports

  • Health system resources – Interior Health, Doctors of BC, payment models, Practice Support Program (PSP)

  • Community resources – accommodation, schools, recreation

HR Support

Need support with human resources or clinic operations? Our team can help connect you with the right resources and guidance.

Clinic Grants

Our Clinic Grants program offers one-time funding for short-term projects that improve your clinic's operations, staff experience, or patient care. Topics change annually. Recent themes have included clinic sustainability, MOA development, and cultural safety.

Clinical Staff Development

Looking for training or resources for your clinical staff? Contact us to learn more. You can also direct your staff to our MOA Network, which helps engage, educate, and connect Medical Office Assistants and Office Managers employed in our members' clinics.
