Interior Health Region-wide Changes to ESR and CRP Test Ordering

Effective January 15, 2026, Interior Health aligns with provincial guidelines and Choosing Wisely Canada recommendations for ESR and CRP testing. CRP is now the preferred first test for inflammatory or infectious conditions, and routine dual ordering of ESR and CRP is no longer indicated. Read More
