The Division does not refer individual patients directly to providers. Instead, patients must register for the centralized waitlist on the provincial Health Connect Registry. The Division then works behind the scenes to move patients off the waitlist and "attach" them to providers in our community.

The Central Okanagan Find a Family Doctor program, which ran from 2018–2023, had its waitlist merged with the provincial Health Connect Registry. If you already signed up for the waitlist, you do not need to register again.  However, if your contact information has changed, you may need to update it.
