The FPSC Provincial Mentorship Program is officially open, offering family physicians across BC a structured way to connect, learn, and grow through 1:1 mentorship. Whether you’re interested in mentoring a colleague or seeking support as a mentee, the program provides clear pathways, dedicated resources, and compensation for participants.
How it works
Mentor and mentee streams define roles and expectations.
Matching pairs physicians based on interests, location, and practice stage.
Local and provincial streams offer flexibility — some relationships will be locally focused, others province‑wide.
Timeline:
May – Active mentor recruitment (mentee applications also open).
June – Matching begins.
Fall – Local and provincial streams launch.
