The Victoria South Island Division of Family Practice is hosting a virtual LTCI Learning Series session on Palliative Care for Frail Older Adults with Hip Fracture in Long-term Care on September 28. The session will be led by Dr. Mélanie Bérubé, Dr. Norbert Dion, and Dr. Chantal Morency.


Event Details

  • When: Monday, September 28 | 5:00 - 6:30 PM

  • Where: Virtual

  • Credit: 1.5 Mainpro+ credits

  • Audience: Family physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals who practice in or have an interest in long-term care


Learning Objectives

Participants will:

  • Update their knowledge and skills related to long-term care

  • Apply practical tips and tools in clinical practice
