  • May 1
  • 1 min read

Updated: May 4

The Central Okanagan Division of Family Practice is seeking input on clinic staff benefits to better understand current offerings, challenges, and priorities across practices.

Over the past year, members have identified a need for clearer insight into employee benefit options for clinic teams. Findings from this survey will inform the development of a practical resource designed to support family physicians in exploring benefit options that align with different clinic sizes and budgets.

The survey is confidential. Sessional compensation is available for participation.

Please complete the survey by May 30. Thank you for your time and input.
