What Participation Involves
2–3 years of financial/bookkeeping data
Representative provider schedule

2–3 meetings (approximately 2–3 hours total)
Privacy & Confidentiality
Hive Business Solutions (third-party consultant) will conduct the analysis
Individual clinic data remains confidential
The Division will not receive clinic-specific financial data
Only aggregate, anonymized findings will be shared
