Clinic Financial Benchmarking & Sustainability Project – Expression of Interest

Clinic owners are invited to participate in a Division-supported project focused on clinic financial performance and long-term sustainability. Selected participants will receive individualized analysis, benchmarking insights, and practical planning tools.


What Participating Clinics Receive

  • Detailed analysis of clinic financials and key cost drivers

  • Customized Excel workbook for ongoing use

  • Summary report with insights and opportunities

  • Comparative benchmarking report against peer clinics


Who May Benefit

  • Clinics managing rising operating costs

  • Owners curious how their clinic compares

  • Those exploring remuneration model changes

  • Newer clinics evaluating performance

  • Clinics planning growth, transition, or retirement


What Participation Involves

  • 2–3 years of financial/bookkeeping data

  • Representative provider schedule

  • Minor follow-up questions

  • 2–3 meetings (approximately 2–3 hours total)


Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Hive Business Solutions (third-party consultant) will conduct the analysis

  • Individual clinic data remains confidential

  • The Division will not receive clinic-specific financial data

  • Only aggregate, anonymized findings will be shared


How Findings Will Help

  • Support clinic sustainability

  • Identify areas needing system support

  • Inform future clinic tools and resources

  • Guide future business education opportunities


Funding is available for up to five clinics. Participation will be confirmed based on readiness and interest.
