To qualify for the Community Longitudinal Family Physician (CLFP) Payment in 2023, physicians must participate in the Provincial Attachment System (PAS) by December 31, 2023, uploading and updating their patient panel data and ensuring a minimum of 250 empanelled patients within four months of starting practice, with an incentive of $6500 available for completing these requirements, as well as additional support for clinic validation on the PAS Clinic and Provider Registry.
