    The Division's Find a Family Doctor Program is transitioning to the provincial Health Connect Registry (HCR). Starting in early December, individuals on the current waitlist will be contacted by email to seek consent for transferring their information to HCR; those who consent will retain their original spot on the new waitlist based on their Find a Family Doctor Program registration date.
