You can also direct your staff to our MOA Network, which helps to engage, educate and support Medical Office Assistants and Office Managers employed in our members' clinics.

Clinic Grants

Our Clinic Grants program offers funding for short projects that improve your clinic's operations, staff, or patient experience. New topics are selected each year, but have included various area of need, such as clinic sustainability, MOA development and cultural safety.

We are here to support you and your clinic! Even if we do not offer a service directly, we can help family physicians navigate and get connected to a wide variety of resources, including:

  • Business resources - e.g. billing, economic supports, workflow optimization

  • Health System resources - e.g. Interior Health, Doctors of BC, payment models, PSP
