Summary:
Our current opportunity is for a relief MOA position of about 5-10 hours per week – weekday, daytime hours. Additional hours are available to accommodate clinic needs for vacations and extenuating circumstances. This position could be well suited for you if you have a reasonably flexible schedule and would enjoy an ongoing relief position. This role also has potential to expand over time as clinic needs evolve.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-4

This position performs a variety of medical office assistant and clerical duties, such as:
Regular administrative and reception duties: registers patients, answers telephone, general
Schedules and confirms client appointment
Clinical support - escorting to examination/treatment room and ensuring appropriate instruments, procedure trays, or other supplies are set up; attends sensitive examination procedures and treatments; routine measurements - weight, BMI calculations, eye exams, urinalysis
Cleans and sterilizes medical equipment and instruments
Qualifications
MOA experience is preferable, but we will consider training the right person interested in working in a health care setting
